Terms and Conditions

Sab Kuch Milega E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. provides e-commerce services through its Platform, including the sale of various products and related services. All services are subject to availability and acceptance at our sole discretion.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for selected pin codes and verified customers. Orders may be cancelled automatically if the pin code is not serviceable. Payment must be made at the time of delivery in cash or by card (if accepted by the logistics partner).

Failure to accept delivery or repeated COD order rejections may lead to account restriction or suspension.

5. Returns, Refunds & Pickup

If you raise an issue regarding a delivered product, our customer support team will assist you as per applicable return or refund policies. Returned items are subject to quality inspection. Pickup attempts may be made up to three times.

6. Transfer of Title & Risk

Ownership and risk for physical products pass to you upon dispatch of the product to the logistics partner. For digital products, delivery is deemed complete once the product is transmitted electronically or made available for download.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, images, graphics, logos, and software is the intellectual property of Sab Kuch Milega E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Data Security

We adopt reasonable security practices to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet-based platform can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and users acknowledge such risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sab Kuch Milega E-Retail Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
